Operation Solidarity – Day 14

to our friends,

we have finally set up an about us page so that people can get a quick overview of our idea.
also, we decided that after 14 days of daily posts, we might now allow a day off every now and then. just so you’re not worried. our social media channels are maintained independently from the blog and are always worth a look as well.

today, for example, we were able to report there about a delivery of helmets:

Gradually, we manage to get the most valuable things in war – kevlar helmets. Thanks to Oleksiy Rudenko, a party with 200 helmets arrived from the Czech Republic. 20 of them went to Operation Solidarity, which we will hand over to our Territorial Defense fighters.

a note to translators: please use luhansk and not lugansk, which is often edited incorrectly in translation programs.

and now once again the hint to people who have donated with wise to our account in ukraine lately: contact us if there were / are problems with it. we are on it!

at the end of our post we want to share these pictures from russia with you:

solidarity will win

Operation Solidarity – Day 13

to our friends,

from our telegram channel from yesterday:

The ReSew sewing cooperative is a horizontal, anti-authoritarian, feminist initiative from Kyiv. ReSew fills orders for tailoring for the people from different communities, conducts workshops on upcycling and repair of textile items. Currently, the cooperative has switched to the format of a shelter, responding to the urgent needs of people around the shelter — requests for food, water and relocation. Today, ReSew’s members made chevrons for the Territorial Defense, which we have already given to our fighters.

the black patch says »freedom or death«.

on the international women’s struggle day in flensburg our posters were already hanging. we were very happy about that.

as an anarchist comrade from russia writes:

In that regard, I see a tremendous potential in the feminist movement in Russia. Right now, I see the participants in this movement doing the best they can to organize and bring their perspective to the streets and to the people. When it comes to presenting a vision of self-defense that draws together many forms and meanings of struggle into a concrete philosophy, I believe that anarchists and feminists can do better than anyone else.

The View from Ukraine, the View from Russia

the abc moscow has published an update article in english about anarchist prisoners in russia. a support of anarchists in russia, is also a support in the struggle against putin, his regime and the war.

there is a soli event for us in france this weekend. we hear about more and more such efforts and wish for more of them.

here you can find some more infos about the entry to germany.

Operation Solidarity – Day 12

to our friends,

we have completely revised our donation page – and also added many helpful additions, especially on cryptocurrencies.

the first aid shipments to our territorial defense units have arrived. also thanks to your help and donations.

Walkie-talkies, tactical gloves, knee pads, individual integrated fighting systems and more. The things that we receive or buy all over Ukraine and abroad have reached the final addressee, our Territorial Defense fighters, thanks to your support.

a new analysis titled War in Ukraine: Ten Lessons from Syria has been published on crimethinc – in addition, previous analyses can now be downloaded there as zines. spread the word.

international solidarity continues to be beautiful to see. as the ezln writes in their statement:

Our duty is to support them to the best of our ability. A word, an image, a tune, a dance, a raised fist, or a hug that even from distant geographies provide support that will lift their hearts.

To resist is to persevere and to prevail. We should support these allies in their resistance, which is to say in their fight for life. We owe it to them and they owe it to us.

also this picture reaches us from the so-called philippines:

also, there is now a poster for our campaign which will be shipped for free (just need postage to be paid).

we are currently working on an overview article about the situation of roma at the borders. here you can already find some of the sources (as it makes sense to share them as soon as possible):

Operation Solidarity – Day 11

to our friends,

we are continuing to optimize our donation options. some of the donations to our ukrainian bank account have arrived – but we are still urging on everyone who donated there in the last few days to double check that the money went out. if it didn’t, please complain and use our alternative bank account. thank you.

we are happy about further soli-pictures and soli-actions. also from subcultures like punk is solidarity.

in our social media we have published another how to help, a supplement to our overview page.

there is another view by anarchists from russia and ukraine published, and also this article about the grassroots resistance in ukraine from a left-wing perspective.

the protests in russia against the war were large and in a lot of cities and with all its violence and cynicism the empire only shows how vulnerable it is. down with putin!
